Premium portable golf simulator for your event

We set up the simulator at your venue, indoors or out, and stay for the whole event so anyone can have a go, whether they play golf or not. We work with companies, agencies, brands and private clients in Barcelona and across Catalonia, and we also travel to the rest of Spain and Europe.

How it works

We bring the enclosure, projector, launch monitor, turf and clubs. You provide the space (about 5 × 5.5 m) and a power socket; we take care of everything else.

    Booking

    Choose a date and package in the form below. Within 24 hours we'll tell you if we're free and, if it works for you, you secure the day with a 30% deposit.

    Setup

    We arrive in good time, before your guests. Getting everything set up takes us about 45 minutes.

  3. 3

    During the event

    Guests can play real golf courses or simple games like longest drive or closest to the pin. If someone has never played, we show them how to hold the club.

    Afterwards

    When it's over we pack everything away, and the next day we send you the leaderboard and the best shots.

The kit

    Packages

    Each package has a fixed price and includes one of our team for the whole event. It works indoors and outdoors, because the enclosure is covered.

    Prices exclude VAT; the final price including VAT (21%) is shown below each one. Travel included anywhere in Catalonia; outside Catalonia, on quote. Setup and pack-down take place outside the booked hours.

    FAQ

    Do guests need to play golf?

    No. After every shot the simulator shows you how it went, and the games are designed so first-timers and weekly golfers both have fun.

    How much space do I need?

    At least 5 m wide × 5.5 m deep and, indoors, 3.5 m of ceiling height. The enclosure is 4.6 × 4.2 m and 3.3 m high; inside, the hitting mat sits about 2.5 m from the screen, and the launch monitor goes 2.4 m behind the ball, just outside the enclosure. We also need a standard socket. Works indoors and outdoors, on flat ground.

    When do I pay the balance?

    Book with 30% and the balance is charged 7 days before the event. You get an invoice for each payment.

    What if I need to cancel?

    Free cancellation up to 30 days before. Between 30 and 8 days before, the deposit becomes credit for another date within 12 months. 7 days or less before, the amount paid is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure. Personalised extras are non-refundable once ordered.

    Do you work with agencies and wedding planners?

    Yes. Agencies get net rates to offer any of our packages to their clients, and we can work white label. Wedding planners have their own terms. Ask us for our rates at informacion@rollingbirdies.es. If you're after something different, we'll put together a tailor-made event.

    Can you add our branding?

    Yes, with the branding extra (on quote): logo on the simulator screen, backdrop and tee box.

    What's in the welcome pack?

    One golf ball per guest, personalised with your logo or each person's name, plus tees. We need at least 15 days' notice and your logo in good quality (ideally vector) or the list of names.

    What if it rains?

    Our enclosure is covered, so light rain is no problem. In a storm, heavy rain or strong wind we cancel for safety and offer you another date at no cost or a refund. If the venue has an indoor space, we'll try to set up there instead.

    Is the simulator portable? Where can you set it up?

    Yes, it is a portable golf simulator: everything fits in a van and we set it up in about 45 minutes in offices, hotels, trade shows, clubs, gardens or terraces, indoors or outdoors. We are based in Barcelona; travel is included anywhere in Catalonia, and for the rest of Spain and Europe we send you a quote.
